• A Power of Attorney signed, stamped by the applicant company and legalized up to the Libyan Consulate in the applicant home country.
  
  
• Commercial register for the trade mark owner with approval from Libyan embassy.
  
  
• Determine the class for registration the trademark with copy of the trade mark.
  
  
  Renewal of Trademark
  
  
  
• A Power of Attorney signed, stamped by the applicant company and legalized up to the Libyan Consulate in the applicant home country.
  
  
• The number and date of registered trademark and/or service mark.
  
  Assignment Applications:
  
  
• A Power of Attorney signed, stamped by the applicant company and legalized up to the Libyan Consulate in the applicant home country.
  
  
• An extract of the entry of the applicant company in the Commercial Register legalized up to the Libyan Consulate.
  
  
• A deed of assignment signed, stamped by the assignee company’s stamp and legalized up to the Libyan Consulate in the applicant home country.
  
  Change TM name:
  
  
• A Power of Attorney signed, stamped by the applicant company and legalized up to the Libyan Consulate in the applicant home country.
  
  
• A Certificate indicating the change of name or address legalized up to the Libyan Consulate in the applicant home country.
  
  License Applications:
  
  
• A Power of Attorney signed, stamped by the applicant company and legalized up to the Libyan Consulate in the applicant home country.
  
  
• A license agreement legalized up to the Libyan Consulate in the applicant home country.
